First run was good except not used to new clutch.Second run,couldn't get her out of 1st and into reverse so I shut her down.Only 1.5 hrs on new motor so unless sponsors are digging deep for another......

That's an awesome old truck bud.I was just wondering if it actually ran a whole summer[hehehe].I know you got a garage full of 390's and god knows owning FORD products the parts won't rust in the shop.I just wish I lived a little closer bud so I could convert you to real gear.If you owned one MIGHTY MOPAR you would have that whole nice big shop to take up woodworking or something because you don't have to rebuild good quality DODGE trucks every weekend.Well I guess that's what makes winners and losers                 PS Tell sticky I found him a reinforced nitrous hood scoop

Oh Petey Pablo...If you only knew. I'll admit that some Fords may not be all bad but I will never own one cause until I am proven wrong, Chevy is top of the line and I will never settle for 2nd best. For this reason I will ALWAYS own a Bowtie...Chevrolet...Like A Rock. Ford...like a cinder block you'd tie around your ankle and jump off the bridge with to drown yourself. LOL.   No but honestly, they're not ALL that bad...I just will never own one, hate to drive one and dislike being in one. :) I can honestly say I've given Fords a chance though. I've even given one or two particular Ford trucks occasional praise. Samantha

I must concur with Dar on that one...You DID mean if it's not Chevy, it's crap...right? And you do have to give sticky credit where credit is due for having the balls to challenge a Chev with his relic of a truck ( Ahem...underlying meaning...JUNK)   It's a good thing there were only two trucks in his class or placing wouldn't have even been an option!
